Why German?

So, this is it.
I enjoyed teaching you (even though homework assignments were a pain sometimes) and I hope you will remember something after all...because there is - at least - more than one thing to remember (and don't tell me you don't). Keep enjoying German and maybe I will see you in the future.

You might already know by now that the German Department was not able to watch our movie, since two (!) DVD-Players they used could not play the movie. However unfortunate this is, you know that you did a great job anyway and I think we should work on a new film project both in German 2 and German 3.

The 1922 silent classic by F.W. Murnau will feature live accompaniment by renowned silent film composer/arranger Gillian Anderson and members of the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra.
Conductor and musicologist Gillian Anderson has reconstructed and restored the original orchestral scores for more than 20 of the great silent classics, performing them throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. Her performances have included appearances at the Louvre, the National Gallery of Art, and the New York Film Festival.

The movie starts at 8, make sure to get there as early as possible in case you didn't get tickets yet!
